The Hidden Message Code

In this message you read the first word, then skip 4 words and read the fifth word. Keep reading the fifth word to discover the hidden message.  You could write a message where you read every fourth word or tenth word. The friend who is receiving the message needs to know which words to read.  The biggest problem with this type of message is it can be very difficult to compose, especially if both messages make sense.
