The Eye Chart Cipher

In this cipher the words are written in a straight line and then arranged as a triangle. Beginning with one letter, then two, then three, keeping the triangle shape just like in an eye chart. To solve this cipher, write the letters in a line and break them into words.  The cipher didn’t have enough letters to complete the last line, so explanation points were added.
